The directors have been in the real estate agency business since 1986 and regularly travel to each of the areas where Gatehouse Elite operates.
These areas include many Southern European locations, such as the Algarve, in Portugal, where the local office is situated in the “Golden Triangle” including Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Almancil.
We also offer our experience, and in-depth knowledge, in Ibiza, Mallorca, Southern Cyprus and around Marbella and Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol.
We have luxury real estate for sale on the small Caribbean islands of St Kitts and Nevis. These islands create the feeling of stepping back in time when things happened more slowly, yet all modern facilities are available.
Gatehouse Elite is managed by the founder of the Gatehouse estate agency businesses, David Osborne. David’s passion for finding the right property for each customer has been the key to the discreet success of the business.
